Getting there:

FROM A329(M): Head south-east on A329(M) and take the B3408 exit towards Wokingham/Binfield. At the Coppid Beech Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto London Rd and then turn left onto St Annes Dr. Keep left and stay on St Annes Dr before turning right. The hotel will be on the left.
FROM A322: Follow A322 towards Old Bracknell Ln W and continue onto Downshire Way/A322. At Horse and Groom Roundabout, exit and stay on Downshire Way/A322. Continue until Twin Bridges Roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto A329. At Jennett`s Park Roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A329 and then take the A329/B3408 exit towards Wokingham/Binfield. At Coppid Beech Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto London Rd and turn left onto St Annes Dr. Keep left to stay on St Annes Dr and turn right. The hotel will be on the left.
